A Special Evening With World-Renowned Cellist Alisa Weilerstein

On Tuesday, November 19th, Midori & Friends hosted friends and supporters in the Lotos Club’s elegant Tennyson Room for a private evening featuring the world-renowned cellist, Alisa Weilerstein. The audience was enchanted by her magical performance. The evening commenced with a violin solo by former M&F student, Angie Sosa. Two current M&F string instrument students and their families also attended and were inspired by the opportunity to engage with Ms. Weilerstein. We thank our patrons for their crucial support to offer students meaningful musical programs and exposure to music.
