FAQ

How will I receive my tickets? 

Once the Midori & Friends team receives your donation, we will confirm your donation & tickets via email.  

Are refunds available if I cannot attend one of the concerts? 

Crescendo Circle donations are non-refundable. 

Are my tickets transferable to another guest if I cannot attend a concert? 

Yes. To transfer tickets, please email development@midoriandfriends.org. Please notify us at least two weeks prior to the event.  

Can’t make it? Pay it forward and donate your tickets to a Midori & Friends student to attend the event. To give this opportunity to a young musician, please email development@midoriandfriends.org  

If I miss a concert, can I transfer my tickets to another concert? 

Your allocated number of tickets per event is not transferable to other events. 

Will there be any pre- or post-concert activities? 

Each event will feature a reception for guests, before or after the artist’s performance. 

Are there age restrictions?  

No, we welcome music lovers of all ages. 

Will there be accommodations for attendees with disabilities? 

Midori & Friends strives to make events accessible to all. If you have questions about accommodations, please contact us at development@midoriandfriends.org  

Are there any special entry requirements such as proof of vaccination? 

At present time all New York State and New York City Covid-19 event restrictions and mandates have been removed. We will continue to follow all local, state, and federal mandates. 

Will tickets be available to purchase at the door on the day of the event? 

Only Crescendo Circle memberships are available for purchase at the door. 

Can I bring a camera or recording equipment? 

No recording equipment is allowed. 

What should I do if I lost my ticket or never received it? 

Please contact development@midoriandfriends.org if you have not received your ticket. 

If an event is rescheduled, what happens to my tickets? 

If a concert is rescheduled, we will honor your tickets for the future date.
