Mandy is the Chief Executive Officer, US and Americas at Standard Chartered Bank. She joined Standard Chartered in March of this year from Citadel Securities, where she was COO of Legal & Compliance, and Risk and Operations. Prior to her role at Citadel Securities, Mandy held a number of senior leadership positions at Morgan Stanley, both in the US and internationally, including Global Head of Business Unit Risk Management for the Fixed Income Division and Chief Operating Officer and Risk Officer for Global Capital Markets, EMEA, APAC and Japan. At Harvard Law School, Mandy served as the Klinsky Professor of Leadership and Progress for the 2019-2020 academic year and now teaches there regularly as a Lecturer on Law. She also served as Chair of the International Capital Market Association for several years, the first woman to hold the role in the organization’s 50+ year history.
