Jennifer Hanley is Chief Communications Officer at UKG, a leading global provider of workforce management and human capital management solutions. She brings over two decades of experience in strategic communications spanning technology, finance, politics, and healthcare. Before UKG, Jennifer led communications at Flagship Pioneering’s Valo Health, was a founding partner at Tusk Ventures, and held senior roles as Head of Global Communications at KKR and Global Head of Communications and Marketing for J.P. Morgan’s Treasury and Securities Services business. She began her career in public service, and served nearly six years as Press Secretary to U.S. Senator and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton. Jennifer holds a B.A. from American University and lives outside Boston with her husband and family.
