Elana Slobodien is a Managing Director responsible for the Automotive Sector within J.P. Morgan’s Global Corporate Bank. Previously she was the Head of Latin America Multinational Corporates for J.P. Morgan and has also held positions in J.P. Morgan’s Debt Capital Markets in Sao Paulo, Brazil as well as J.P. Morgan’s Latin America Credit Risk Management where she started her banking career. Native English speaker, Elana is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has lived in the US, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. Elana received her BA in Economics and Latin American Studies from Barnard College, Columbia University. She lives in Montclair, NJ with her husband and 3 children.
