Voices From the Classroom

“These students had such a hunger for a deviation from their traditional learning style in school. It was very easy to tell that they looked forward to music class, and that they really took time to work on everything outside of school. This was the second time being at this school this year, and I wanted to do our warm ups that we did 4 months previously to our recent sessions. They all remembered the warm ups WITHOUT me having it up on the board! They were really excited about the familiar warm ups, and started making dance moves to them too! It was very cute!”

Midori & Friends Teaching Artist Saul Nache

“The program provided a valuable experience for our students and staff. The most significant aspect of theprogram was its positive effect on student growth and development. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Midori & Friends.”
