Marc Richter
Before joining Loeb & Loeb as Of Counsel in 2018, Marc served as Vice President of Regulatory Services for Con Edison of New York. As Vice President, Marc was responsible for all administrative proceedings before the NY Public Service Commission, FERC, New Jersey BPU and Pennsylvania PUC affecting the rates and services of Con Edison of New York and Orange and Rockland. Marc managed approximately 20 attorneys that represented the Company in numerous proceedings before these agencies involving industry restructuring and other regulatory policy initiatives, cost responsibility and cost recovery, and applications for approval of various Company initiatives. Marc’s outside interests are focused on music and children. Marc is an avid collector of music of various genres, ranging from classic rock to classical, along with blues and folk. Marc also spent many years serving on the Board of Plainview Little League as the Special Events Coordinator, in addition to volunteering time to manage and coach baseball and other youth related activities.
