Peter M. Glaser is Co-Head of European Direct Lending for Alcentra Limited. He is a Portfolio Manager for Alcentra’s European Direct Lending business and sits on its European and U.S. Direct Lending Investment Committees. Prior to joining Alcentra, Peter was a partner at KKR, where he built and headed the firm’s sponsor finance business. In his role, he led the firm’s origination and execution activities providing capital to clients through its Private Credit and Capital Markets platforms. In his approximately 30-year career in finance, he has also held various positions in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, Dillon Read, and James D. Wolfensohn Inc. Peter received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. Peter was honored with the Fischer Forte Award at Midori & Friends’ FY19 Gala for his unwavering support and expert guidance of the organization as the previous Chair of the Board of Directors.
