Thomas A. Cawley
Thomas Cawley joins Midori & Friends having served as senior management or a board member at both for profit companies and not for profit organizations. For nearly twenty years, he has served as an activist board member of the Greenwich Village Orchestra, and was Chief Operating Officer at the Harms Performing Arts Center in a crisis management role. After completing undergraduate studies at The Pennsylvania State University, he received his foundational corporate finance training at General Electric. He continued working on Wall Street after receiving his MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, specializing in middle market mergers and acquisitions advisory. For most of his career he has advised or managed transitional or distressed organizations, and has helped over twenty companies to successfully navigate complex turnarounds.
