Jennifer Dayton

Jennifer Dayton is an experienced arts education leader with a demonstrated history in community partnerships, program development, curriculum design, event planning and management. With over a decade of experience working with public schools, non-profits, cultural and community centers, she has acquired a reputation for being able to translate knowledge and ideas into effective programs and broaden access to arts education. Jennifer has a track-record of building, sustaining and creating long lasting partnerships, supporting teams in their strategic planning processes, and providing valuable program insights for program framework, fundraising and advancement. Jennifer has been working with the Midori & Friends team through the NEXTGen Teen program and is honored to advocate for, support and collaborate with young people; encouraging them to follow their passions and turn their desires into reality.
