Alina Eckersley is a freelance musician in New York City who has experience in a variety of musical styles and experience. Eckersley has played in various ensembles in the city with The Chelsea Symphony, The Broadway Sinfonietta, Washing Square Music Festival and more. A highlight in her career was subbing for Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse national tour.

She has also taught as an elementary school music teacher in the Bronx and in Harlem. Being a native of Las Vegas, she has played with the Las Vegas Philharmonic, The Nevada Ballet Theatre, and The Las Vegas Opera Company.

Eckersley holds degrees from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Brigham Young University, and graduated with her DMA from the Manhattan School of Music where she studied with David Jolley.
